you're not alone
it’s difficult to think about people that we’ve lost. to think of how you miss them and can never get them back. that we might still be pondering where they are now or what’s after death? it’s scary and hard. but i think it’s important to keep pushing forward until you get to the point where instead of drying because you miss them smile because of all of the amazing memories you have with or of them. even if you make it to that stage (and not everyone does) you’re still going to have moments where you just start crying because you miss them so much. that’s not a bad thing at all. crying is not bad. missing someone is not bad. but missing them to the point where you become obsessed in your mind with thinking about them and nothing else it’s unhealthy. it’s painful to think of them. and it’s painful to not think of them. i know i’ve been there. it sucks. but we can get through this together, friend. i’m willing to listen if you need to talk to someone about it. i’m here to give advice if that’s what you need. i’m here to straight up tell you the truth without sugar coating it (in advance that’s not me being mean it’s just me being me and truthful). so don’t feel like you have to have those feelings alone. like they are only in your head. because they aren’t. yours may be slightly different than mine. and i may deal with things slightly different than you. but i’m willing to help you here. and i know that there are others that are willing to listen too. don’t be afraid to ask for a listening ear. i don’t want anyone to be overlooked. if you need help, message me or someone. i can’t read your mind over the internet (i mean i can’t read your mind period…). and i can’t read every single tweet to see how you’re all doing. so please don’t hesitate to message me or someone else. you’re not alone. and if you currently feel that way… i don’t want you to. no one deserves to feel that way.
